• run the smart matching engine and suggest the most relevant offers and requests to you

• verify profiles and grant them "verified business" status

• contact you about your account, your requests, or technical support

• protect the platform against fraudulent use or use that violates the terms of use

HERFA does not sell your personal data to any third party. Limited data may only be shared in the following cases:

• with transport and logistics providers, when you choose to link an order to a transport service via the platform
