1. Definitions

"The Platform" means the HERFA website and application operated by SARL HERFA MIROTECH. "The User" means any individual or legal entity that creates an account or uses the Platform. "The Profile" means the business or professional page created on the Platform. By using the HERFA platform, you acknowledge that you fully accept these terms of service

2. Acceptance of terms

Creating an account on HERFA or using any of the platform's services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms of service, as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please do not use the platform

3. Eligibility and account creation

You must be legally able to contract in your own name or on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration, for keeping your account login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs through your account

4. Profile and verification

Any user can create a basic profile for free. HERFA grants "verified business" status only to profiles whose legal documents (commercial register, tax ID) have been verified. HERFA reserves the right to refuse or withdraw verified status from any profile found to contain inaccurate information

5. Use of the platform and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish on your catalog (products, prices, descriptions, photos). Publishing content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others is prohibited. HERFA reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content or suspend any account that violates these terms

6. Transactions between users

HERFA is a digital platform that facilitates communication and matching between users, and is not a party to any purchase, sale, or transport transaction that takes place between them. Responsibility for agreeing on the terms of the deal, the quality of the product or service, payment, and delivery rests entirely with the contracting parties themselves. We recommend thoroughly verifying the other party before completing any transaction

7. Fees and subscriptions

Creating an account and using the basic features of the HERFA platform is currently free. HERFA may in the future offer additional paid services or features (such as boosted visibility), and users will be clearly informed before any fees are activated on their accounts

8. Intellectual property

The HERFA trade name, logo, and platform design remain the exclusive property of SARL HERFA MIROTECH. Each user retains ownership of their catalog content (photos and information about their products), while granting HERFA a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform for the purpose of providing the service

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. HERFA is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the platform, from transactions between users, or from any temporary interruption of service

10. Account termination

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting us. HERFA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, or is used fraudulently or abusively toward the platform or other users

11. Governing law

These terms of service are governed by Algerian law, and any dispute arising from the use of the platform falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material change will be posted on this page along with an update to the effective date above, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes
